The importance of the environment
San Giorgio Spa in every decision is evaluating the impacts on the environment.
We trust from years in wood as a natural, recyclable and sustainable resource and year after year we are more convinced on this.
We use a turbine system to recover wasted heat from our process and we installed 10’000 m2 of solar plant on our roof in order to compensate our emergency consumption using clean energy.
Our commitment to sustainability is also demonstrated by the FSC® and PEFC certifications.
Continuous actions are implemented in San Giorgio to minimize the impact of our production on environment simply because we trust in this.
