Full-birch panels coated with special protective films. SanForm is normally used for formwork systems. We offer different coatings to reach great performances and durability.
Base panel: Exterior glued birch plywood made with veneers of 1,5 mm. Panels are available in a wide range of sizes following specific customer needs. The target is always to avoid dimensional scraps. Every size is possible until 2000 x 5000 mm. Even bigger dimension is possible upon request. Standard thickness is mm 6,5 – 9 – 12 – 15 – 18 – 21 – 24 – 27. Special thickness can be produced on request.
Overlay: This product line has been developed with 3 different coatings to reach certain targets of durability and/or concrete visual proprieties.
Depending on the product line chosen by the customer we can use phenolic films or melamine films or even other technical solutions.
Birch mechanical performance and the resistance to water penetration make these products a great solutions for concrete formwork systems.
