Full-birch panels coated with protective films using an HEXA anti-slip pattern. It is normally used for floors solution that requires modern visual requirements and great perfomances.
Base panel: Exterior glued birch plywood made with veneers of 1,5 mm. Panels are available in a wide range of sizes following specific customer needs. The target is always to avoid dimensional scraps. Every size is possible until 2000 x 5000 mm. Even bigger dimension is possible upon request. As example we can offer 1220/1250×2440/2500; 1525×2250/2500/3050 ; 1830/1870 x 1500/1800/2000/2500/3050/3700 ; 2000×3000/4000/5000 and several other sizes. Standard thickness are mm 6,5 – 9 – 12 – 15 – 18 – 21 – 24 – 27 – 30 – 35. Special thickness can be produced on request.
Overlay: This product has uniform easy to clean surface finish, offers high surface hardness to secure durability and it is resistant to bending and impact under mechanical stress. SanHexa products have an anti-slip Hexa structure hot-pressed on the surface.
The anti-slip side, is impregnated with thermoplastic melamine or phenolic films in several variants of color.
Normally films have a standard weight of 250 g/m2 as coating grammage. It can be increased or decreased on customer request.
A smooth brown phenolic film is normally applied to the reverse side to balance the stability of the panel and to protect from water penetration etc.
