Full-birch panels specially developed for laser cutting in die-making industry. SanLaser is well known on the market for its technical performances. Panels can be uncoated or coated with protective films or with specific varnish.
Base panel: Interior glued birch plywood made with veneers of 1,5 mm using a special glue developed expressly for laser cutting. Panels are available in a wide range of sizes following specific customer needs. The target is always to avoid dimensional scraps. Every size is possible, just ask. Standard thickness are mm 6,5 – 9 – 12 – 15 – 18 – 21 – 22. Special thickness can be produced on request.
Overlay: The surface of SanLaser can be uncoated (SanLaserRaw) or coated with melamine film (SanLaserFilm) or even varnished (SanLaserVarnish). The 3 lines offer different technical performances. Coating make the rubber gluing more solid, surface is easier to be cleaned, high surface hardness to secure durability and it create a barrier against moisture penetration.
