Full-birch panels coated with a special anti-slip foil. It is normally used for floors solution that requires modern visual requirements and great anti-skid performances.
Base panel: Exterior glued birch plywood made with veneers of 1,5 mm. Panels are available in a wide range of sizes following specific customer needs. The target is always to avoid dimensional scraps. Every size is possible until 1850 x 4000 mm. Even bigger dimension are possible upon request. Standard thickness are mm 6,5 – 9 – 12 – 15 – 18 – 21 – 24. Special thickness can be produced on request.
Overlay: This product has uniform easy to clean surface finish, offers good surface hardness to secure durability and it is resistant to bending and impact under mechanical stress. SanPlastGrip products is a different technical solution compared to SanWire and SanHexa because the top foil is not a phenolic or melamine film but it is a special plastic-based material. Anti-slip is helped by a “rise-dot” deep structure. A smooth brown phenolic can be applied to the reverse side to balance the stability of the panel and to protect from water penetration etc.
