SanPlastSide

Full-birch plywood panels coated on the surface with an elastic foil of Polypropylene. It is normally used for separation walls or for side linings that requires modern visual requirements and great impact resistance.

Base panel: Exterior glued birch plywood made with veneers of 1,5 mm. Panels are available in a wide range of sizes following specific customer needs. The target is always to avoid dimensional scraps. Every size is possible until 1850 x 4000 mm. Even bigger dimension are possible upon request. As example we can offer 1525×3050; 1830×3050 and several other sizes. Standard thickness are mm 4 – 5 – 6,5 – 9 – 12 – 15 – 18 – 21 – 24. Special thickness can be produced on request.

Overlay: This product has uniform easy to clean surface finish, offers good surface hardness to secure durability and it is resistant to bending and impact under mechanical stress. SanPlastSide products is a different technical solution compared to film-faced plywood because the top foil is not a phenolic or melamine film but it is a special plastic-based material. Backside can be left uncoated or can be PPL coated too in order to balance the stability of the panel and to protect from water penetration etc.
